About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Worker to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $70,000 - $75,000 per annum. If you have a strong commitment to early childhood education and a love for working with children, we would love to hear from you!

Task & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in a safe and supportive environment.
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities to enhance children’s learning and growth.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Assist children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest time.
Encourage positive social interactions and guide children's behavior in a supportive manner.
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and centre policies.
Observe and document children’s progress and development.
Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Qualification & Experience

Requirements:

Two years of experience in a childcare or early learning setting is preferred.
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
First Aid and CPR certification （including asthma and anaphylaxis training）.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework （EYLF） and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
