Are you an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator looking to grow your career in a nurturing and innovative environment? Curiosity Tree Early Education at The Gap is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, where creativity, curiosity, and care shape every child's journey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality education and care for children, fostering their development and learning.
Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate educational programs.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve practices and outcomes.

Requirements

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum qualification) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
At least 3 years of experience working in early childhood education.
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and the needs of young learners.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for fostering curiosity and a lifelong love of learning in children.
