$70,000 - $80,000 Annual

You will be responsible for plan and document for your room whilst providing a safe, familiar, andstimulating environment for the children. As varied role, you will be delegating tasks within your teamand collaborating and establishing positive relationships with families and co-workers.

Program and planning, based on Montessori style
Lead and delegate tasks to other staff member
General supervision, guidance and support of all people working within the room
Accurate record of children documentation
Maintenance of records of children progress

A demonstrated understanding of:

National Quality Framework (NQF),
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF),
Child Protection & Safe Standards Training,
Workplace Health & Safety issues,
Ability to work and contribute to a team environment

Qualification & Experience

To be successful in this role, you need:

Diploma in Early Childhood education and care qualifi ed
Minimum 3 years of experience within an early childhood setting

Be available to work 5 days per week. We are open 6:30 am to 6pm and shifts are alternated betweenopen, middle and close.
Must have Australian work rights
Reliable transport to the service
Montessori Experience highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
Current First Aid Certifi cate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
Current Working with Children Check
Experience with Autistic children
Experience with children with hearing impairment
